What’s cool about this shift, from hourly billing to value pricing, in my opinion, is that a business owner can get really real with his or her bookkeeper because their bookkeeper/trusted advisor manages their books everyday and has an intimate picture of the health of the company, more so than a CPA who may be just looking at the books once per year for tax compliance procedures.
The value pricing piece is crazy profound. Intuit has done an awesome free webinar series on it with Ron Baker…
