Giving QuickBooks Feedback
As most of our regular readers and clients already know QuickBooks Online has recently gone through a huge update. (If this is the first you are hearing about the QuickBooks Online update check out the Polymath blog from March about the coming changes.)
One important thing anytime software goes through a huge update like this is for users to offer feedback. The more feedback users provide, the faster the quality of the product will improve. If you are a regular user of QuickBooks Online and you want to see something change, follow these steps to let QuickBooks know:
- In QuickBooks, click the Gear icon in the upper right corner and click Feedback.
- Click Send us a message.
- Enter an issue or idea, include a screenshot if you like, and click Next.
- Click Skip and send message.
- Select a category and click Send message.
But, really, does anyone read that feedback? At QuickBooks, YES! Check out this QuickBooks Online Blog to find out who is reading your feedback. It’s pretty awesome.
